Help with Daybreak.

Answers to the common questions. Almost everything can be done yourself, right in the app.

  • Restore Daybreak Pro

Pro belongs to your Apple Account, not to a Daybreak sign-in. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, open Daybreak → Settings → Daybreak Pro → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore at the top of the Pro screen. Use the same Apple Account that bought it.

  • Manage or cancel the monthly plan

Open Daybreak → Settings → Daybreak Pro → Manage subscription, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Daybreak. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.

  • Switch from Monthly to Lifetime

Open Daybreak → Settings → Daybreak Pro → Switch to Lifetime. Then cancel the monthly plan in Manage subscription so it isn't charged again. Daybreak reminds you there until you do.

  • Refunds

Apple handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose Request a refund and pick Daybreak Pro. Apple decides and lets you know.

If Pro is refunded, the Pro features lock again, but nothing you made is deleted.

  • Family Sharing

Daybreak Pro isn't shared through Family Sharing at the moment. Each Apple Account buys its own.

  • Your mornings and iCloud

Your routine and history sync through your own iCloud. If a device looks out of date, check Daybreak → Settings → iCloud sync, and that the iPhone is signed in to iCloud.

Don't delete the app while mornings are missing: it keeps a backup on the device that can bring them back.

  • Deleting your data

Daybreak → Settings → Delete account removes your routine, your history (on your iPhone and in iCloud), your sign-in and your settings. Workouts and mindful minutes stay in Apple Health; delete them there if you like.

  • Privacy

No ads, no tracking, no account needed. Your mornings stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Read the privacy policy.
